AIMING HIGH FOR DISABLED CHILDREN

Black and Minority Ethnic Youth Group - A youth club environment for young people aged 13 years upwards. The Place Young People Centre Tel: Showkat or Kerry 01709 335998.

Youth Service – Elephant in Step Club- a youth club environment which usually consists of a ‘theme night’. Themes have been ‘007’ James Bond,
Harry Potter & Doctor Who, to name a few. Age 13yrs upwards. Tel: Claire on 01709 335997.

ILS – Yours project – 6 voluntary sector services coming together to offer fun active activities for children aged 0 - 18 yrs. Transport provided.

Scope offer sporting activities on Saturdays at Herringthorpe Stadium – 11am – 2pm & arts & crafts at their venue HVFC off Cranworth Road 1-4pm. Contact Frances or Val on 830820 for more information.

Rotherham Parent Carer’s Forum – are in the process of co-ordinating an evening session for parents, children & young people at Kimberworth Place. Access to area’s which are specifically equipped for children with disabilities & include fully accessible toilet facilities. Sunday 12th February 2012 AUTISM SUNDAY

 

The 3rd Autism Sunday Service at Rotherham Minster, service starts at 10.30am.

The Bishop of Sheffield and the Mayor/Mayoress of Rotherham are attending the service this year.

The Display stand will be at the Minster from Sunday 5th February for 1 week.

All welcome to attend

 

Refreshments available at the end of the service


The service will last approx 1 to 1 1/2 hour

NAS Rotherham Branch

Fortnightly Bowling

 

 Time 5.30pm meet to bowl at 5.45pm

It is for one game of bowling and a children's meal.

The young person with a

diagnosis of an Autistic

Spectrum Condition is funded. There is no minimum age.

Any other family members

are very welcome to come

and bowl as well. Additional people are charged at the rate of £2.50 per person.

We do need you to book

your young persons place in advance please and also let us

know how many additonal people will be bowling.
