NAS Branch Survey

The NAS Rotherham Branch is taking part in 'Autism Action Network', a project helping local groups to campaign for a better deal for people with autism and their families.

To inform the work we do, we want to find out about the experiences of as many people affected by autism in Rotherham as possible. The survey can be written by parent/carers with children with an ASD and adults with an ASD.

We would be grateful if you could help us to do this by completing a survey. Please either contact the branch by phone or click here to download the survey. Many thanks
